Shivarita Global Consultancy will not be considered responsible if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").

However, the final decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, or High Commission. While we strive for excellence, we cannot and do not guarantee a successful visa outcome or specific processing timelines, as these are determined by third-party government authorities.

The client is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Shivarita Global Consultancy shall not be liable for any delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent documentation provided by the client.

Immigration policies and government fees are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for any application affected by such unannounced changes in law or policy.
